🏠 Big Room
Comfort and flexibility.
Our Big Room is perfect for gatherings of up to 40 people, featuring a private kitchenette and a welcoming, open layout. Whether you’re planning a party, a workshop, or a hybrid meeting, this space adapts to your needs.
For larger events of up to 60 people, book the Reception Room and Middle Room alongside the Big Room to create a full suite. These adjoining spaces are ideal for:
- Breakout sessions
- Quiet zones
- Kids’ play areas
- Or simply more room to mingle
🎧 Audio/Visual Ready
The Big Room comes equipped with a sound system and hybrid meeting technology, making it easy to host both in-person and online participants.
🏛️ Reception
Capacity: Up to 10-15 people
The Reception room can be booked on its own or together with the Meeting Room and/or other spaces depending on your event needs.
👥 Middle Room
Capacity: Up to 10-15 people

This room features an oval boardroom-style table, ideal for meetings, workshops, and small events.
☕ Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is included in your hire fee and is available to all hirers. It can also be booked separately for one-on-one sessions or casual coffee chats.
🗂️ Office
We have a private office available for hire.
- Great for one-to-one mentoring or coaching sessions
- Free Wi-Fi in every room (as in all our rooms)
- Perfect for occasional office use, admin tasks, or creative work – come and write your prize-winning novel, play or TV drama here!
