Pricing:

Prices for each room vary depending on its size and available facilities.  We have a pricing structure, with discounted rates for Kennington Park Estate residents. For the lower rates, you may need to provide proof of your address. Any variation to these charges is at the discretion of Management.

Hiring hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm OFF PEAK
Monday to Friday: 5pm – 10pm PEAK
Saturday to Sunday: 9am to 9.30pm PEAK

(After-school children’s activities will usually be charged at off peak rates.)

The Centre is available to hire from 9am to 10pm (9.30pm on Saturdays). The Hirer must always leave the premises and surrounds at the agreed time, and in a clean, tidy and secure condition.

We are always happy to show people around but please contact us first to arrange a visit. Our Community Centre is run by volunteers and is not always staffed. We want to make sure there is someone there to help you.

Deposit:

A refundable deposit of £100 is required for all bookings for social events and private functions. This deposit will be refunded within seven days of the booking subject to Management’s satisfaction that all the Conditions of Hire have been met.

Additional charges:

There is an additional charge of £50 for the erection/use of equipment in the Courtyard during social events; and of £25 for the erection of inflatables in the Hall. Written permission is required.

Parking:

Please note that Centre users may NOT park on Kennington Park Estate.

Storage:

Storage space is not usually available but where it is agreed there will normally be a charge of £20 per week for larger spaces, £40 per month for smaller cupboards, and £10 per month for shared space in a small cupboard.

AV equipment:

The Centre has a range of audio/visual equipment available for the use of hirers who request it in advance. A charge of £25 may be levied for use of the PA system and/or TV screen for social events, private or business functions. Any damage to the equipment is the responsibility of the hirer.

Alcohol policy:

Please note that alcohol is not permitted on the premises at any time.
